Compact HTST pasteurizer, developed to quickly and cost-effectively analyze the effects of heat treatments. It is equipped with a three-stage plate heat exchanger that brings the product to pasteurization temperature using hot water, cools it after passing through the holding tube using cold water, and preheats it, thus promoting heat recovery. The unit also features data acquisition software compatible with Windows.
