The Room Air Dehumidifier Study Bench is a professional educational system designed to analyze air dehumidification processes and the operation of the refrigeration cycle. Students directly observe how the system cools air below the dew point, promotes moisture condensation, and then reheats the air before releasing it back into the environment.
The integrated instrumentation allows measurement of temperatures, pressures, and the amount of condensate produced. Students gain an understanding of the relationship between relative humidity, dew point, and system performance. The trainer practically demonstrates the phenomena governing humidity control and enables evaluation of the efficiency of dehumidification systems.
Students analyze the psychrometric variations of the treated air and interpret the main air treatment parameters. With the room air dehumidifier study bench, they also come to understand the importance of humidity control for material preservation, indoor air quality, and building energy efficiency.
